Financial Policies

The financial policy of this office is that fees will be paid at the end of each session. We will provide you with a Health Insurance Claim Form for you to submit to your insurance company. Your insurance company will reimburse you according to your health insurance plan.

We are not providers on any managed care panels. We do not participate in any HMO or PPO plans. If your insurance company is going to reimburse you for our services they will do so as an out of network provider.
